Sold in two AMG variants till last year, Mercedes-Benz India has introduced a facelifted version of the 2nd generation. It is the second AMG to be launched in 2024. But this time it is only the in the relatively less violent ‘53’ spec. While external changes are minimal, features and tech is where they have given it a major overhaul. The facelifted version of GLE 53 is quicker to 100 than the model it replaces, and gets a more elaborate set of creature comforts and driver suites.

Earlier this year Mercedes-Benz India replaced the latter with the new G 400d which in addition to some minor updates offer more power and torque, along with improved performance.
