Verdict

The Gemopai Astrid Lite is an electric scooter from Gemopai, an EV startup. It has the design and looks of a typical Chinese-origin electric scooter and it is offered in three battery variants of 1.7 kW, 2.16 kW and 2.88 kW, at different price points. The availability of the Astrid Lite is still not pan India and with range of just 60-65 km in the real world and a top speed of just 45-50 kmph. There are better options in the market, if you need to purchase a slow-speed electric scooter.

Revolt Intellicorp is one of the first movers in the electric motorcycle space in India. The Revolt RV 300 is a commendable product, despite its design and technological origins; whether it has been completely developed in India, or based on an existing Chinese platform.
