Hero MotoCorp has launched the BS6 Hero Xtreme 200S in India. It is priced at Rs. 115,715 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle now gets Hero's XSens technology along with an oil-cooler and a new Pearl Fadeless White colour.
Hero MotoCorp has unveiled the new Hero Xtreme 200R, which was showcased as the Xtreme 200S concept at the Auto Expo 2016. Prices will only be announced sometime in April 2018, but we expect it to be priced between Rs. 80,000-85,000 (ex-showroom).
After a brief hiatus since the Karizma days, Hero MotoCorp is making a comeback to the entry-level performance segment with an all-new motorcycle. The Hero Xtreme 200R is the production name of the Xtreme 200S concept that was showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo and has now made its public debut.
Along with the Hero XPulse 200 and the XPulse 200T, Hero MotoCorp also launched the Xtreme 200S, which is essentially an Xtreme 200R with a fairing. We had an opportunity to ride it briefly at Buddh International Circuit and the first impressions are quite positive.
