The new Ampere Primus is priced at Rs 1.09 lakh while the Zeal EX is priced from Rs 69,900

According to Amere Electric, the Ampere Magnus EX has been designed keeping in mind customer feedback and offers comfort, functionality, range and performance.

The experience centre in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu, will be the first of several such centres which will showcase the company's latest products.

The company has signed on 20 new dealers since April 2021, and now has more than 500 customer touch points across the country.

Ampere Electric, the wholly-owned electric mobility subsidiary of Greaves Cotton, has announced appointing Thiruppathy Srinivasan as the company's new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Manufacturing. Srinivasan will join Ampere with immediate effect.

The company expects the three-wheeler segment to recover in the second half of this fiscal, which has been impacted because of COVID-19.
