Ampere Electric Announces Experience Centre In Tamil Nadu

- New experience centre in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu will showcase products

Ampere Electric has announced a new experience centre, which will enable customers to check out the company's latest products, and also interact with electric vehicle (EV) experts over a cup of coffee. The new experience centre in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu, has been conceptualised and designed to project the best of electric mobility products and solutions for the discerning new age buyers, the company said in a statement. The idea is to offer a phygital experience (a combination of physical showroom and digital product immersion experience) to customers looking to check out Ampere Electric's products and solutions.

Ampere Electric, the e-mobility arm of Greaves Cotton, has a range of electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
Ampere Electric is the electric mobility arm of Greaves Cotton and one of the leading players in electric two-wheeler and electric three-wheeler space. The company recently clocked the milestone of 1 lakh customers across 400 towns in India. The first experience centre in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu, will be followed by several other EV hubs which will bring a range of smart, and affordable mass mobility solutions, the company said. Ampere Electric has invested in technology, talent and lifecycle experience, and the company says the new centre will mark an important step in reinforcing the company's commitment to the EV industry.

Ampere Electric has recently announced a mega investment in electric vehicles at Ranipet, Tamil Nadu, with a capacity of producing up to one million electric two-wheelers in phases. The company says it will invest over Rs. 700 crore over the next 10 years. The company describes itself as spearheading India's last mile mobility needs with electric vehicles.
