The Honda City e:HEV will source the same 1.5-litre, four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine from the standard sedan, but this time around, the petrol mill is assisted by an electric motor powered by a lithium-ion battery pack integrated in its boot.
Genesis has announced that by 2025, all new model launches from the company will be fully electric vehicles. The larger aim is to become an all-electric car brand with a six-model line-up by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2035.
The new Honda City hybrid model will feature a battery pack coupled to its 1.5-litre petrol unit, along with slight tweaks to its styling to give it a sportier look.
The new Mercedes-Benz C-Class made its global debut last year, in February 2021, and the car borrows several of its cues from the company's flagship sedan, the S-Class. It will be launched in India on May 10.
The updated Hyundai Palisade is the 2023 model year SUV, and it comes with a refreshed design, new styling and a host of new and revised features. This is the first mid-cycle facelift for the Palisade which first entered the US market in 2019.
The German automaker's flagship electric saloon made its global debut last year and the car is the electric equivalent of the S-Class, which deems fit considering the seventh-generation S-Class was crowned Luxury Car of the Year in 2021.
