Mahindra Electric has performed the complete thermal, structural, electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic compatibility (EMI-EMC) of critical parts like battery enclosures, battery management systems using Dassault Systemes 'Simulia' applications

The ongoing 2019 Frankurt Motor Show has some exciting launches happening around it and German automaker Mercedes-Benz has previewed the next iteration of the S-Class with the Vision EQS Concept. Now, the Mercedes Vision EQS is based on an all-new EV platform and promises a 700 km range. The manufacturer describes the new concept as a full electric luxury saloon concept, giving a glimpse at the its technology in a saloon for the future and an all-new flagship offering for its EQ line-up of electric vehicles.

With an exterior length of 4150mm and a width of 2150 mm, it stands tall on the 22 inch wheels which clearly distinguish the Audi AI:Trail is an off-roader. With a ground clearance of an impressive 343 mm it can ford through water more than half a meter deep.

Electrification is one of the themes at the ongoing 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show and going with the theme, Hyundai Motor has showcased the 45 electric vehicle concept, which symbolises the future direction for Hyundai's electric vehicles.

The company has invested a total of 700 million euros in the new production facilities alone.

Adding electric buses to its intra-city fleet, the Brihan Mumbai Electricity Supply and Transport Undertaking (BEST) deployed 10 9-Meter electric buses in Mumbai. The new eBuzz K7 electric buses have been sourced from Olectra-BYD, as part of its 40 AC & non-AC bus order on Gross Cost Contract basis. The new e-buses join the fleet after the successful deployment of the six eBuzz K7 buses that were added to the fleet in November 2017 by BEST.
