Karnataka High Court Stays Ban On 100 cc Two-Wheelers With Pillion Seat

The Karnataka High Court has issued the stay order on the government circular to ban the registration of two-wheeler with engine capacity of 100cc or below that come with pillion seat. The petition was filed by TVS and Hero MotoCorp
