Nissan India has confirmed the launch schedule for their upcoming SUV, the new Nissan Kicks, which will take on the likes of the Hyundai Creta and the Renault Captur. The new Nissan Kicks will be launched in India in January 2019 and will be slightly different from the one that is sold internationally. The car will be more spacious and is set to have more connectivity technology options too. The new Nissan Kicks should be priced at about Rs 11-16 lakhs (ex-showroom) and will be available with both petrol and diesel options similar to the ones found on the Nissan Terrano. While its rival, the Hyundai Creta currently offers an automatic, and the Renault Captur due to get an autobox option soon too, whether or not the Nissan Kicks gets an autobox at the time of launch still remains to be seen.

The top-end model comes with a well-equipped cabin with premium interior, leather upholstery, nice quality plastic for the panels and a centre console that houses a touchscreen infotainment system with audio and navigation.

Along with the Skoda Karoq Scout, the company has also revealed the Karoq Sportline, scheduled to make its public debut at the 2018 Paris Motor Show.

The compact SUV will be a five-seater, but priced a lot cheaper than the Tiguan within the VW family. Engine options will include both petrol and diesel versions, while the option of a hybrid cannot be ruled out.

Mahindra & Mahindra is planning an onslaught offerings for the domestic market in the months to follow. The automaker will kick-start its slew of launches with the Marazzo MPV, which will be followed by the S201 subcompact SUV, new generation Thar and the G4 (codename) flagship SUV. The Mahindra G4 though will be the new SsangYong Rexton based SUV for the Indian market and will be arriving in India sometime towards the end of this year or in early 2019.

Mahindra has been looking to make a comeback into the MPV segment in India and it's finally announced the name of the car. Till now we knew it as the U321 but today the company announced that the new MPV will be called the Marazzo.

Suzuki Motor Corporation has officially unveiled the 2019 Vitara facelift ahead of the SUV's market launch. Slated to be introduced in September this year, in the UK, the facelifted Suzuki Vitara receives a bunch of cosmetic, technical, and feature updates for the 2019 model year.
