- Great in the US, nightmare in India5.0Base(Petrol)The Rolls Royce Phantom is just $450,000 (INR 3.5 Cr) in the US, but in India the base starts around 11Cr, which is more then 3 times its actual cost. Just think of why would you buy something for 3 times it’s value which depreciates insanely fast when it’s just off the lot. Please do not invest in depreciating assets, especially super luxury cars in India. It is actually a liability more then an asset.
