Toyota Etios Liva Reviews

The Innova Crysta and Fortuner has remained a steady performer for Toyota. The sales of Toyota's passenger cars were lingering for quite some time but got a shot in the arm with arrival of the recently launched Yaris. To top it all, Toyota has also claimed that the Etios Liva sales went up by 10 per cent during the April-September 2018 period this year as the Dual Tone Etios Liva Limited Edition was well received in the market.

Toyota has launched a limited edition of the Etios Liva hatchback in India. The new limted edition variant of the car will be available only in a white and black two tone paintjob but with get red accents all around. While the Etios Liva with a two tone paintjob has been available for a while now, the red accents seem to be inspired from the Toyota Yaris GRMN hot hatchback available in some international markets. The changes on the car are visual only and the new Toyota Etios Liva Limited Edition is available with both a petrol and diesel engine. The petrol variant is priced at Rs 6.50 lakh while the diesel variant is priced at Rs 7.65 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The limited edition will be available only on the VX variants of both petrol and diesel engines.

Toyota India has recently introduced a new Inferno Orange shade for the Etios Liva dual tone variant. Available in both, petrol and diesel trim options, the dual tone Etios Liva is offered in four variants, priced from Rs. 5.85 lakh to Rs. 7.44 lakh.

Two of the five cars recently tested by the Global NCAP and AA South Africa for their crashworthiness, were India-made Toyota Etios and Datsun GO+ subcompact MPV. While the Toyota Etios hatchback scored a 4-star rating in adult occupancy and the Datsun GO+ subcompact MPV scored a 1-star safety rating.
