I’m satisfied with my Innova Crysta, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The car is spacious and comfortable, but the infotainment system is a bit outdated. Also, the fuel efficiency is not great for city driving.

Purchased New Innova Crysta but the seat colours were wrong. Supplied Hazel Brown instead of Camel Tan. Both dealer (Coimbatore Anamalais Toyota) and company are not responding. Dealer is repeatedly arguing that Toyota website is wrong!!Very poor customer support from both sides inspite of our repeated contacts. The steering wheel is in tilted condition while driving and we are surprised to note what kind of quality checks they made. Suspension is too hard and not like the old Innova cars. Steering is also too tight. Noisy engine at low speeds. Ultimately we realised we made a wrong choice in selecting this vehicle as one among our various vehicles. This will be our last Toyota and will never buy another Toyota. Hats off Toyota Kirloskar!!

More maintenance cost. 3rd class battery quality. Battery dead in 14 months only. Kuch bhi servicing charge. Not get quality of car as we spend money much more. To improve interior design.

I like innova is best comfortable seat . Innova crysta seats total uncomfortable we buy crysta 2019 . I m feel bad now . Only onw reason seat not comfortable. Otherwise another all r ok

I bought an Innova crysta VX Diesel (Manual shift) on 30 Dec 2016 with a three year warranty. I contacted the dealer (Commercial Toyota, Moradabad) on 15th Dec 2019 for warranty extension but then found the sale date to be wrongly recorded of October 2016 on their system. I have provided enough proof and after realising their mistake, they promised me to update it on their system and provide extended warranty ASAP.However the dealership constantly provided vague responses (like not getting reply on permission mail from Toyota India etc) and has neither come up with a solution nor a time frame in which they will resolve the query. After having called the dealer more than 50 times in 9 days, I filed a complaint with Toyota India (TCM12119418648) but haven’t received any response from anyone at Toyota India. Feeling helpless I have taken my query to this page to bring to everyone’s notice the laggard after sales service of Toyota and absolutely zero regard for customers. I also have recorded conversations with the dealer and Toyota customer support in case anyone wants a proof of my stand. I want to point out two points 1.) How can the dealer record a sale of more than 2 months prior to the actual sale date? I suspect this was done just to meet the sales target. 2.) I will be helpless if the actual warranty expires before 30th Dec 2019?

I have purchased new Innova crysta one year back and 3tyres are damaged and I have left vehicle on 24 September in Nandi Toyota still vehicle is in service centre they are not responding

Supreme car I love this car only one thing I will say luxury meets power.

2.8 Zx AT. Whatever you want is there. The gear shift is excellent make sure that you use comfort mode. Eco mode is good but for normal throttle. I have already run 12000kms, getting the mileage of 14 to 14.5 lts/km on highway with speed 100 kms/hr. I always Travel long distance of 1000kms at a stretch. The car doesn't roll even at 140 spd. You feel comfortable and safe at any stage of driving. Ac is excellent. Captain chairs are comfortable like flight feeling. Earlier I was using Audi AT. At last what you want -power, pickup, space, mileage, durability, resale value, Looks, sufficient ground clearence, 7air bags, best navigation. Go for Only 2.8 Zx AT.

It’s very sad to see my Innova crysta driven 9000km . The clutch and the starter motor has been blown out and caught fire in traffic . My complete family is lucky to get survived as we got down as emmediately the passer-by informed us dat there is fire coming out from the rear left tyre. As I had informed to toyota Bangalore- they are least bothered and no response till date. The dealer says it a clutch ride and doesn’t cover under warranty. It’s rediculous on the part of toyota. The dealer charged heavily for the clutch and starter motor . I sincerely advise all not to go for the specific Innova crysta as it has got so many mechanical niggles and issues. The higher management of Toyota never bothers nor cares it’s cust. They just want to rob customers money instead .

Toyota is not at all upto it's customers satisfaction and I faced a very bad Service from one of the toyota showroom , where in the problem in innova crysta is not sort out and I'm not at all happy with toyota and paying 25Lakhs for that kind of vehicle is a big waste.

No support from Toyota Customer Care even after complaint of passing 6 months. And very very poor Service of Sunny Toyota Lucknow. I had faced lots of problem after purchasing this damn expensive innova crysta 2.8 zx automatic. I had purchased this car only for the name sake of toyota good engine. But after owing this car I face lots of problem regarding servicing and maintenance. Servicing work of Sunny Toyota service centre is of low class . Their so called engineer don't have a basic knowledge how to open the dashboard or other areas of the car .Therefore they scratched and do not properly fit the parts properly . Apart from this toyota makes a good commision from the insurance companies in the name of toyota protect policy . Andolan aur those insurance companies never gives full insurance claim even insurance is 0 dep. At last Toyota is making indian customers fool.Because they knows that in india everywhere there is a sheep move.

Driving my life in Innova for the last 10 years and this Crysta is the 3rd in row . Simply great I can say . Most sophisticated and safest .

I AM WONER OF TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA 2.4 ZX 7 SEATER MT CAR WITH TYRE SIZE OF (215 / 55 R17 WITH ALLOY WHEEL). I HAVE HAD FATAL EXPERIENCES BECAUSE OF REPEATED TYRE BURSTING (5 TYRE BURST DURING ODOMETER READING OF 50000 ). I HAVE STRONG DOUBT THAT THE TYRE SIZE OF THIS MODEL (2.ZX) IS INAPROPRIATE AS THE LOWER MODELS OF THE SAME CAR IS FITTED WITH SMALLER TYRES (205 / 65 R16 WITH ALLOY WHEEL). THE ANOTHER VERY DIAPPOINTING FACT IS THAT TOYOTA COMPANY NEVER COMPENSATE THE LOSSES EITHER BY INSURENCE CLAIM OR BY WARRENTY. TOYOTA COMPANY'S CUSTOMER UNFREINDLY ATTITUDE IS HARRASING AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL ON voc@toyota-kirloskar.co.in. THE TOYOTA RESPOND YOUR EMAILS ONLY BY FIXED AUTOMATED REPLY AND GENUINE REDRESSAL OF COMPLAIN IS NEVER ATTEMPTED. CONCTING OVER THEIRE COUSTEMER CARE NUMBER IS ALSO HARRASINGN AS EVERYTIME A TOKEN NUMBER IS PROVIDED TO YOU WITHOUT ACTUALLY RESOLVING THE PROBLEM.

I suggest this car and is one of the best mpv.

This car is very good at performance. It's interesting to drive.
