I had booked my iqube in 2020 but waited till 2025 to purchase one. Finally took delivery in July 2025, it costs around 2k more than what bikewale on road price. the standard pillion backrest is a nice addition and They charge around 4k more for bumper at dealer which only costs around 2.2 k plus 450 rs delivery on the iqube online store. I have only ridden for 60 kms, so far no issues.
Standard warranty is only 50000 kms or 3 years, so I'm planning to buy extended warranty of 70000 kms or 5 years which costs around 8k. I really hope that they increase extended warranty to 8 years like ATHER instead of only 5. Also have applied for cash back which is around 3.5k through tvs connect app. Will update more

Charging infrastructure needs improvement
3.0
S 3.4 KWH(Electric)
The TVS iQube is a good electric scooter for city use. The range is decent, and the performance is smooth for daily commutes. However, the charging infrastructure in my area is limited, making longer trips challenging. The design is simple and functional, but the build quality feels solid. The suspension is good for city roads, but the comfort on longer rides could be improved. It’s a good electric option, but charging infrastructure needs improvement.

4.0
iQube
Performance is very good in this segment, I have got the range of 84 km in eco and 66 on power mode with 5 to 6% charge left in battery.
I found the only glitch i.e., under seat storage light does not switch on unless key is in on ignition switch on which send funny,. IDF you are using the key to open storage taking it one and again insert into into ignition. TVS. Should correct this issue
Two-wheeler giant will conduct inspection of TVS iQube models manufactured between July and September 2023; recall coincides with a customer's social media video detailing an incident of frame breakage on the electric scooter going viral.
