This one too is built on the brands E-GMP platform, and according to Kia in many ways it will be the flagship of the brand globally. Christened Kushaq Onyx Edition, the new variant is priced at Rs 12.39 lakh (ex-showroom, India) and is positioned between the entry level Active trim and the mid-spec Ambition variant. The SUV is Rs. 80,000 more expensive than the Active trim and gets some extra features along with new exterior graphics and fabric-leatherette upholstery. The Kushaq Onyx Edition is available only with the 1.0-litre TSI turbo-petrol engine option with a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard.
