However, it misses out on basic features available with its rivals, and also lacks character in its design. Overall built quality could've been improved.

Primarily targeted at the lower end commuter segment, the RV 400 is quite a likeable electric motorcycle, and it ticks all the right boxes to be used as an urban, intra-city motorcycle.
