The Mercedes-Benz E-Class, more so the E450, is a fascinating machine, but don't mistake it for a pure, tyre-shredding sleeper. Removing physical AC buttons is a polarising industry trend the BMW X3 has embraced, and its flashy exterior styling might not suit everyone's taste, too. However, the rest of the mechanical package is incredibly strong. Also, switching to regular tyres makes it one of the most comfortable SUVs in its class over bad Indian roads. And the addition of the high-power 30 xDrive petrol variant finally gives enthusiast drivers a reason to look at the X3 again.
