India Kawasaki Motors has introduced the 2020 Ninja ZX-10R in the country with a new colour scheme. The litre-class supersport offering continues to sport the black and green paint scheme, but now comes with gold highlights for the new model year. The 2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R continues to retail at the same price of Rs. 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India), and is brought to the market via the Completely Knocked Down (CKD) route. Barring the new paint scheme, the motorcycle does not get any changes to the mechanicals. Kawasaki will continue to retail the new ZX-10R along with the KRT edition in India with deliveries for the 2020 model start from October this year.
India Kawasaki Motor has launched the 2020 Ninja ZX-10R in the country priced at Rs. 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The locally assembled 2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is Rs. 31,000 cheaper than the outgoing model while offering a wider power band, improved suspension set-up and braking performance. The ZX-10R comes to India via the Completely Knocked Down (CKD) route and Kawasaki says the new model comes as close as possible to the World Superbike (WSBK) race machine. Deliveries for the new 2020 Ninja ZX-10R will commence from June this year for those who booked earlier, while Kawasaki dealers across the country are accepting new bookings at present.
The 2018 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR has received a price hike of Rs. 88,000, and supersport offering is now priced at Rs. 16.98 lakh (ex-showroom). The litre-class motorcycle was recently launched in the country with a massive price cut as the model is now locally assembled, but India Kawasaki Motor (IKM) did say at the time that the prices were introductory and will be valid till the end of July 2018.
India Kawasaki Motor (IKM) has commenced deliveries of the locally assembled Ninja ZX-10R and ZX-10RR across the country. The first examples of the litre-class motorcycles were delivered to owners in Mumbai at the company's dealership - Anzen Kawasaki. The Japanese bike maker introduced the locally assembled ZX-10R and ZX-10RR bikes in the country few weeks ago with a massive price but of Rs. 6 lakh and Rs. 3.1 lakh respectively. With the price drop the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is now the most affordable litre-class supersport motorcycle in India.
India Kawasaki Motor (IKM) surprised everyone with its stellar pricing on the locally assembled Ninja 1000 introduced last year. Following a similar route for its litre-class supersport motorcycle, Kawasaki will soon introduce the Ninja ZX-10R in the country that will be assembled at its facility in Chakan. Carandbike can confirm that the bike maker has started bringing the next batch of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R as a Semi-Knocked Down (SKD) model, which puts the bike under a lower tax bracket and will make way for a juicy price cut on the bike in India.
Kawasaki has introduced a special, track-focussed variant of the ZX-10R, which is called the ZX-10R SE. The bike gets a semi-active electronic suspension along with a bi-directional quickshifter over the regular bike. There are a few other changes as well.
India Kawasaki Motors has introduced the ZX-10RR supersport motorcycle in the country with a price tag fo Rs. 21.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Kawasaki ZX-10RR is a limited edition offering globally with production restricted to only 500 units, and a lucky few in India will now be able to get their hands on the track machine. Based on the ZX-10R, the 'RR' differentiates itself with more focused and sophisticated equipment on board for a focused track-spec riding experience as well as the matte black paint job.
