Both the 2022 Kawasaki Versys 650 and 650 LT come with significant updates in terms of styling, creature comforts and tech. The updates include, a new 4.3-inch full-colour digital TFT display, 4-way adjustable windshield, and new graphics.

The Kawasaki Versys 650 BS6 gets a price of just Rs. 10,000 over the BS4 model, but witnesses a power drop from its 649 cc parallel-twin cylinder engine in a bid to meet the new emission regulations.

India Kawasaki Motor (IKM) has launched the 2019 edition of the Versys 650 in the country right in time for the festive season. The 2019 Kawasaki Versys 650 is priced at Rs. 6.69 lakh (ex-showroom), same as the current model on sale while there are no mechanical changes either on the new model year. What's new though is the paint scheme on the middleweight tourer with new black and green highlights for the front and rear section, while the fuel tank is finished in grey. The announcement comes just days after the Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT and the SWM Superdual adventure motorcycle were launched in India.

India Kawasaki Motor has silently introduced the 2018 edition of the Versys 650 adventurer tourer in the country. The 2018 Kawasaki Versys 650 is priced at Rs. 6.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and gets new graphics, while the green and black paint scheme continues to remain the same. There have been no substantial upgrades to the mechanicals either with the 650 cc twin-cylinder engine continuing to serve purpose.

Having launched three all-new motorcycles, India Kawasaki Motor has also introduced the 2017 Kawasaki Versys 650 in the country with updates for the new year priced at Rs. 6.60 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Versys 650 is based on the Ninja 650 and also shares its engine with the ER-6n but the engine is expected to be tuned for better low- and mid-range performance. It is expected to be priced between Rs 6.5 - 7 lakh.
