  • Cleaning headlights at home is fairly simple
  • Use a soft brush, or you might scratch your headlights
  • Wipe clean your headlights once you are done washing
When highlights become cloudy, it is essential to fix the issue at hand because cloudy headlights will cause the beam to dim, and you might end up in an accident. Due to low visibility, cloudy headlights can be a huge reason for concern. Drivers sometimes don't think there is something wrong with this or simply don't know how to fix cloudy headlights. The drivers continue to drive their cars with cloudy headlights in such a case.

On the other hand, some well-informed car owners see that the headlights aren't performing optimally and the light is dim or not as bright as it used to be. They appear yellowish or dingy in most cases. Headlights were made from glass earlier, and they used to get a lot foggier.

Headlights are now made of highly durable plastic and have a different u-value. However, the plastic might degrade and crack due to frequent temperature changes or UV lights. You can get cloudy lights in such a case too.
