The Kia Syros takes inspiration from the brand’s flagship EV9, featuring a futuristic and bold design. The front fascia is dominated by Kia’s signature tiger-nose grille, flanked by ice-cube LED headlights and a unique split-headlamp design. The side profile boasts strong character lines, 17-inch alloy wheels, and a high 190 mm ground clearance, giving it an imposing stance. At the rear, the connected LED taillights add a premium touch, though the overall design is a bit understated compared to the aggressive front.

1. 1.0L Turbo-Petrol (118 bhp, 172 Nm) – Available with a 6-speed iMT or 7-speed DCT automatic.
2. 1.5L Diesel (114 bhp, 250 Nm) – Comes with 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic (torque converter).

The turbo-petrol variant delivers peppy performance, but there is a slight turbo lag at lower RPMs. The diesel engine, on the other hand, offers strong mid-range torque, making it ideal for highway cruising.

The Syros is tuned for comfort over sportiness, which is evident in its plush ride quality. The suspension setup effectively absorbs bumps and potholes, making it a great choice for city and highway driving.

However, due to its tall-boy stance, body roll is noticeable during sharp cornering. The steering is light, making city driving easy, but at high speeds, it could feel slightly vague.
