Remember that we told you about the recent unveiling of the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and that we believe that it will get more powerful? Well, guess what? Dodge says that the Challenger SRT will become the 'most powerful muscle car' ever created. The car will go on sale later this year.

Dodge had earlier said that the car's supercharged 6.2-litre V8 engine would produce more than 600bhp. However, it has now revealed a video that shows that the final number is a staggering 707bhp accompanied by 880Nm of torque.

On a scale of Ferrari F12 to McLaren P1, the Challenger SRT Hellcat is the raw, old-school Beretta of cars - just to put things in perspective.

The company said that the 707bhp will only be available to drivers who use a special red key fob. Press it and get pushed into, possibly, oblivion.

More details will pour out soon and we will obviously keep you posted.
