App-based mobility service provider, Ola, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu Government to set up its first factory in the state, to build two-wheelers. The company has announced an investment of Rs. 2,400 crore to set up what it claims will be the world's largest scooter manufacturing facility.
