Harley-Davidson Announces Extended Warranty Program in India
Harley-Davidson India announced an extended warranty program for its customers. Customers can choose to avail extended warranty for an additional two years, over and above the existing two year manufacturer warranty that comes with the purchase of the bike. The extended warranty is available on all models sold in India.
According to the company, under the extended warranty program, all Harley-Davidson motorcycles can now be covered for four years against any unlikely covered eventuality. Customers who have purchased their Harley-Davidson motorcycles on or after 2nd April 2015 can also avail of this program.
"We are pleased to introduce the extended warranty program for our customers, a first for the premium motorcycle segment in the country. It is a program specifically designed to protect the time Harley owners spend on their motorcycle and enhance their riding experience by minimizing unexpected repair cost." said Rajiv Vohra, Director Sales and Dealer Development Harley-Davidson India.
Other benefits include 24 month extended warranty terms in addition to the 24 month factory warranty and coverage of parts and labour.
