Jeep Compass Diesel Automatic 2020 was launched in India on 14th January 2020 by the Fiat Chrysler Automobile. The Jeep Compass offers two turbo-diesel variants: Limited Plus T and the Longitude AT with a 9-speed automatic transmission. The on-road price is Rs. 24.99 lakhs and Rs. 21.96 lakhs respectively. Both models have the 4*4 diesel automatic transmission that was previously only offered with the Compass Trailhawk. They have the same BS6 compliant 2-litre MultiJet II 173HP turbo-diesel engine. It is Rs. 2 lakh cheaper than the Trailhawk. Jeep Compass comes in 8 different colours: Vocal White, Brilliant Black, Minimal Grey, Vocal White/Brilliant Black, Minimal Grey, Magnesio Grey, Brilliant Black, Exotica Red/Brilliant Black/ Magnesio Grey. The Compass is a five-seater SUV. Its length is 4395mm, width 1818mm, and wheelbase 2636mm. Its mileage ranges from 14.01 kmpl to 18.01 kmpl, as per the variant. The engine displacement is 1956cc with a maximum power of 173bhp and torque of 350nm. Its fuel tank capacity is 60. The key features of this car are the power steering, anti-lock braking system, power windows front, air conditioner, fog lights-front, driver and passenger airbags, alloy wheels, and multi-function steering. For safety purposes, it has features like the Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control, Hill assist, disc brakes electric parking brake, and the Frequency Damped Suspension. The SelecTerrain AWD System has four modes: Auto, Sand, Mud, and Snow. The most powerful production has is the all-new Mercedes AMG A45 S 2020. There are three A-Class Mercedes models: Mercedes AMG A35, Mercedes AMG A45 and Mercedes AMG A45 S. The Mercedes AMG offer two variants: the non-S variant and the S-variant. It comes with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine with an AMG dual-clutch transmission. It has eight gears and an AMG all-wheel-drive system. Both the A45 and A45 S is the A-Class hatchback. The A35 model has a horsepower of 302HP and 400nm of torque. The A35 model has a 360bhp engine with a 7-speed DCT transmission. The A45 engine is expected to have a maximum power of 387 HP and torque of 480nm while the A45 S engine has a maximum capacity of 421 HP and torque of 500nm. The top speed of the A45 model is 250 kmph. On the other hand, the A45 S comes with a top speed limited to 270 kmph. The engine offers an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and a 4-Matic+ four-wheel-drive system. The package has six driving modes: Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Slippery, Race, and Individual. Both the models have a vertically slated grille design with an integrated bumper. It also has aero features on the front bumper. The A45 and the A45 S have an 18-inch and 19-inch wheels respectively. Some key features of these models are two different software maps as per the driving mode, the steering rack, the MacPherson stunt front, a wider front track, AMG ride control with adaptive damping, The Mercedes AMG A45 and A45 S models are available in 9 different colours: Polar White, Sun Yellow, Cosmos Black, Iridium Silver, Mojave Silver, Night Black, Digital White, Denim Blue, and Mountain Grey. Mercedes-Benz has launched the all-new GLE SUV in India with prices starting at Rs. 73.70 lakh (ex-showroom). The new GLE is available with two diesel engine options- the locally assembled 300d variant and the range topping 400d variant which is a CBU unit. Along with a more powerful engine, the 400d also gets new E-Active body control suspension while all other features remain standard on both trims.
