Maruti Suzuki India Limited has launched the XL6 premium MPV in India. It is based on the new-generation Ertiga and is basically a more stylish model, with more features and will be retailed through Maruti's Nexa chain of dealerships. C.V Raman, Sr. Executive Director, Engineering, Maruti Suzuki takes us through the features and styling bits of the XL6 and how it will create a new segment in itself. The prices of the XL6 start at Rs. 9.79 lakh and go up to Rs. 11.46 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The XL6 will be available only in a petrol engine.
The new-generation Hyundai Grand i10 has been launched in India. The prices start at Rs. 4.99 lakh for the base petrol variant and go up to Rs. 7.99 lakh for the top-spec diesel variant. There are 10 variants and 4 trims on offer along with 1.2-litre petrol and diesel engines. The petrol engine is BS6 compliant and the diesel will be BS6 compliant too once the deadline arrives.
Indian Motorcycle has officially launched the Indian FTR 1200 S and the FTR 1200 S Race Replica in India.
