The Piaggio Vespa is a fun scooter, with a likeable old-school design that has been around for almost five decades. It offers decent performance, has a stiff ride quality. The most recent updated highlights incorporate changed styling and motor relocation of 110 cc which is more impressive than the 100 cc Pleasure bike. The Hero Pleasure Plus offers a BS6 consistent motor which guarantees better mileage and an increase in speed by 10%.  The bike is light and offers simple riding around the city.
