    SELTOS IS A MOBILE COFFIN & WILL TAKE ITS OWNER & HIS FAMILY TO GRAVE YARD

    This is to bring to your notice that i am in deep trouble with my Car "KIA SELTOS 1.5 D HTK+". Yesterdays "Anxiety" Experience on road during this incident happened. - As usual after office work(around 7 pm) was on the way to my home. - When was speeding at around 50 - 60 KMH, experienced sudden collapse below my Seat. - For some seconds i lost control over the car. But god's grace no other vehicle was in front or back of me. finally could able to manage to take control & parked at one side of the road. - immediately called to Service Manager of JSP KIA(Singsandra) & explained about this incident. He told to bring the car to work shop next day. - Driven slowly & reached safe to home - While driving i experienced heavy noise, something was poking me at back, felt like something has broken. Today's WORST experience at JSP KIA work shop & KIA ASM /RSM - JSP KIA took 24 hours to attend the problem & not bothered to attend this type of Safety critical issue immediately. - Today evening could able manage to take the Safety defect car to JSP KIA Work shop at around 5.15 pm. - They disassembled the Driver seat & inspected.in front of me. - Was shocked to see the Weld breakage (Poor quality Seat) - Service Manager coolly told that spare is not available & it will take 4 days for rectification. I asked him till then what i should do as i was already put on roads by KIA due to their worst Quality Car. - Requested them to at least give me a Loaner car. even that was also denied as they told no such provision is there Car details as mentioned below. - Then i could able to call Mr.Arun Nair of KIA ASM / RSM & explained him about this & he has shared this information to Mr.Raghavendra of KIA ASM / RSM. - As per my discussion with Mr.Raghavendra explained him about my current situation but he was also didn't bother about my bad experience & current situation. he also informed me that this type issues will take time to attend & rectify. This safety issue cannot be attended on immediately. He told me to mange with public transport for some days. - i got pissed off with this type of attitude & i told him that i own this Car to avoid public transport in this COIVD situation to safe guard me & my family. - Finally i could able to travel by Auto & reached home. - Since tomorrow was holiday we all family planned to go out but with this has hampered all our plans - am in deep mental agony with this experience. Am planning to take up this with relevant legal forum & media to provide me justice for this. Since KIA is new to Indian market & i was referring all my known circle to take KIA cars but i was wrong with this worst customer service experience & feeling ashamed to drive Non safety Car.

    service of this can take upto 3 months

    i am having a horrible experience in the service of this car. i met with an accident on september 20 ,2020 (front right chasis got damaged). i bought the car from tapsi kia in bengaluru and took the car to their service station . today is 7th of december and still my car is not delivered.The reason they put was parts are not available. So its good to have indian cars as they can fix your car if damaged. Now i am confusd whom to blame . kia motors or tapsi service station. #Disappointment

    Hi , I bought the Gtx plus 7Dct in Jan 2020. I paid for this car incremental price saying prices have gone up for new modules and later on with same price Kia added some more features to the same Model and launched in market. If Kia is launching or adding feature for existing modules, within year or every other mont or year , I don’t think we can trust this brand ? We paid same amount and why can’t we call back and add the latest features? When i raises this concern with dealer, there was no response. I am losing hopes on this brand and in future don’t want to continue with Kia . I don’t see any well reputed company’s will behave like this in automobile industry . Also when they are claiming the features pertaining to software , it doesn’t work at all. I have raised the complaint on UVO app which is not working from day one , still it’s not rectified and this sucks. I thought this company is better than Hyundai but no changes as Korean brand.

    1.5 Petrol NA MT, would have been better.

    If Kia would have provided 1.5 NA MT for test drive, the sales chart would have shown a different picture. 1.5 NA MT engine is Naturally Aspirated and Limited Inspirational engine as it needs to be driven as per the power band provided by Kia.....i used Swift Vdi for 6 years and have done 143000 KMS, Kia plant is 50 kms drive from my home in AP and this site is well known to me when I was graduating, I was shuttling in a bike from ATP to HUP. Invested close to 16 Lakhs am still wondering,.is this a sentiment of mother land product or did Kia Seltos mesmerized me....Amazing SUV from Kia, but after learning the user experience, if Kia provides Hybrid retrofit kit as a accessory at a price point to intended customers then 1.5 NA MT is justified atleast for a decade or 2...hope Kia listening....Thnx

    Biggest mistake of life - kia seltos

    Hello Kia India, This is to bring to your notice that I'm very much disappointed with your service. I brought Kia seltos on 28 Feb 2020 and since then I have been facing issue with the car. On 29 Feb car didn't start so had to call road side assistance for jump start. On 2st March car didn't start again had to call road side assistance. On 2nd March car was taken to the service center for diagnosis and didn't receive any kind of acknowledgement nor any issues was identified so the car was handed over on 3rd March. 11th March again car didn't start so had to call road side assistance. I think there's some serious major issue with the car. Request you to identify and correct it or take back the car. I have purchased the car for emergency but it's not serving the purpose.

    Worse experience with Kia Motors Goa. Extremely unprofessional in sales perspective n delivery despite of booking on 10th October 2019 the top model didn't get the delivery even after the said time period until 9th January 2020 n hiked the prices. The management isn't ready to compensate from any perspective. Viraj Gawas is not a good sales person along with the head of sales Mandar Padte. If they can't fulfil their commitment on delivery can't expect anything better after delivery services... I canceled the booking. Strictly a big NO to Kia Motors Goa... It's better to buy from the neighbouring states than Goa.

    Seltos is a good car in the segment. Worth the money that one spends to get it. Don't go buy the negative comments. They are either junk or supporters of other brands. Take a test drive and decide what you want. Delay in delivering is understandable. A booking of 15k in a month is too much for a recent entrant to India. If its really bad why people go for so much booking. So its very clear that the comments are not genuine

    Kia has no clue how to solve the issue

    i have sent my car to the service center 12 times in the past 3 months! The problem is that the warning light comes on. To rectify this, the service center does something which is supposed to be a “permanent” solution given by Kia. The solution obviously isn’t as “permanent” as Kia thinks it is, as the light comes on within a week of coming back from service. Kia claims that it is an issue with the fuel. I find it extremely difficult to believe that every Kia diesel car in the country is going to the service center atleast once a week. They will not accept it is a defect and it is extremely frustrating!

    Car is good, but customer service is very bad, my car has accident, now facing many issues.

    My car has accident with a truck from back side. Now the Ambala cantt showroom(Tepla Haryana) department saying it will take 1.5 month to fix the damage and that is also not sure. Than i called to Gurgaon Faruntier showroom they are saying your insurance is with (THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE company) which is government company. And there service center has not cashless tie up with them. They asked me to pay all amount aprox (80K) and than same i need to claim later-on from the company. So far feeling very bad to buy this car. Customer in local/small cites is very bad. They never treat the customer in good way once they sell the car they never talk in the good way.

    Booked Kia htk 2 months ago...they said it will be delivered in a month....after repetitive enquires now they are saying it will take more 20 days and you will receive car in 2 months.... Totally unethical business practise going on ...Kia - bad choice for customers...

    I had booked kia seltos in month of sept from JSP Kia Bangalore. I followed up like crazy for the car. Got an update only in Jan that car can be delivered latest by Feb. On top of it unethically asking for price hike even though the booking was 3+ months old and failure was from kia part for not being able to deliver. I would suggest users to buy car from organization that work on ethics.

    I have purchased seltos HTE petrol 1.5 variant 10 days back

    I have purchased HTE Model petrol in seltos a week back and I can say it's one of the best car in this budget and in this segment I have gone through the reviews of seltos and one thing I could see is there were very less reviews written on this basic HTE 1.5 petrol model and all the reviews are given on bigger top end models of 1.5 petrol HTK, HTK + and Diesel variants and on 1.4 turbo petrol. Well I can tell you one thing that this is the best car in this price and you can't get better car than this. The car body build up and body thickness is really good when compared to other cars available in market among other compitetors and ensure safety in driving one thing that I want to mention is there are no sounds and vibration even when driving this car on top speeds. The suspension is really excellent. Mileage you can expect is 11 in city and 15 on highways however the company claims 16.8 on highways which needs to see after one or 2 services. The car is more than enough for someone who wants to buy in budget of 12lacs.. I have purchased this variant and spent around 70k on car seats, alloys and chrome finishes which is still worth and saving my money rather than buying top variants. Fog lights and roof railing are yet to be placed as Kia motors still dint release these spares to showroom. Coming to engine performance the car shoots up healthy speed and there is a mild lag in catching the speed once you lower the gears and reach to the top gear speed. Kia could have given back disc brakes rather than drum at rear tyres which are missing in HTE petrol which they gave the same in Diesel variants. One thing which is worst is the headlights given in this model. There are no LEDs given and visibility on highways is worst and pathetic but no LED bulbs have yet come to showroom to replace and this is really annoying to drive with very very poor visibility. The boot space is good and rear seats offer low thigh support which should have better. The rear seats doesn't offer head rests which is pathetic in this price. The driver seat height udjustment is there but there is no support for the right elbow which makes difficult in long drives which should have given by Kia. I can say you can still buy this car for it's bold looks, bigger size and being cost effective.

    In the name of promotional offer ...they are cheating customers. I have booked the hte diesal model in October mid... In December sales person says manufacturing is closed in December and new cars will be delivered in new rates in January....I said wtf...on one side you are having overbookings and on the other side you hav closed manufacturing....purely price manipulations and cheating customers going on by Kia....why the hell did you introduce introductory offer...booking after introductory offer are still not delivered and you are will now deliever at new price....don't try to fool customer...very bad kia....cancelling my booking and looking for alternative

    I have booked kia seltos by Nov 18 2019. Through Showroom is capital kia, before booking sales guy Shiva told new model rates will increase book now only, within one month we will deliver like that he convinced and taken booking amount. After booking capital kia people not picking call also. Now They are are saying ur vehicle price is increased 1lack on road price. Don't go kia that too in Capital kia perungudi. Dont trust capital kia. Worst response from customer service.

    GTX model....it sucks after 2 month

    i have purchased GT line petrol model....no doubt features are awesome...but after 2 months and 6280 km ...i can feel noise from engine.....also mileage is 9.5km /l in city.....after sales service is also not too good....very bad kia...i will never purchase kia again

    They dont have manners to talk with customers....during purchase also salesman were rude.. i am experiencing worst after sales service ......better go with maruti hyundai....my car is in service center from last 10days and they are not at all bothered.....engine has become too noisy after 5000 km run...mileage is very low in city as well as highway

    i had booked kia seltos htk petrol model on november 15 ...they told it will be delievered in 1 month...but cant gurantee... when i called after 1 month they said price are going to increase in january and company has stopped manufacturing in december 2019....so vehicle will be delievered in january after new price launch..... i am cancelling my booking.... very bad customer support from kia dealers.....i will make sure i will not recommend any one to try kia....

    eye wash....only show no performance

    I received the car on 5th September from JSP KIA (singasandra) after series of following up and putting up with their excuses. After driving 500 km the car broke down in the middle of the road..being new in India they do not have great road side assistance and we struggled that night. from the time the car was towed till today not a single person called to apologise, I wrote to every email possible. We had to take the car back today, however as a customer I dont feel acknowledged also for the way we were treated today its horrible.. We paid through our nose and after one month car breaking down is unacceptable..we have all the images etc..highly irresponsible behaviour from KIA.

    Booked two models around 8 weeks back. No update on booking yet either by Company or by Dealers. Dealer's don't even pick up phone when following up. Tried cancelling my orders. The system gives you a message saying Cancellation accepted, but even after many days no refund and the system still shows the booking. Exasperated!!! Plus performance reviews are also not that great

    We booked the vehicle on 26-Oct-2019 but still not delivered. When I checked with executive he says not even single vehicle is delivered as of today for this model. Did Kia stopped manufacturing the vehicle? And now iam surprise to see new module coming up. Kia First please deliver seltos properly as promised.
