Gives milage of around 15kms/liter on highway in cruse and 7 in simple traffic...also the speedometer does not provide correct picture...if you want to buy then take everything written ????

I have purchased Kia Seltos HTK plus petrol in 2021 . I am fully satisfied with Kia Seltos driving for overall look wise sefty features and recently I have visited from kendrapara to Bhubaneswar I was shocking mileage 18.5 Km/L but I was driving below 80 speed.it was Very comfortable traveling along with my family. I thankful to Central Kia in Bhubaneswar dealers give suggested me purchased this vehicle.

I own kia htk petrol. Today travelled from Pune to Kolhapur and latter moved to Gadhinglaj. Journey started at morning, less traffic, but purposely controlled speed at 80 kmph with full mind control . (NOT TO REACH 100) (24.5 kmpl on highway and lastly ended with 23.6 kmpl end of journey at Gadhinglaj) Thankful to Shumbam sales executive, dhone kia satara road, for suggesting kia nicely, also heartfully thanks to Nitin sir, service advisor, bibvewadi, for kind follow up, suggestions and good service.

It is very smooth performing in Bangalore city. Steering is very smooth. On highway I have tested the mileage. Believe it or not at a stable speed of 90 to 100 kmph it gave me 21 kmpl. And a smooth drive.

We had a budget of 12-14 lakhs and in that the best fit was seltos so we got that after 4 months of waiting. Will start about the sales experience which I feel was not that great as I felt we are buying a car and they are doing favour to us. Next is the service. I must admit service experience is quite good Now lets talk about the vehicle. First of all the NVH level is the most refined ever seen in a diesel vehicle its super smooth. The space is good. Overall ride quality is stiffer on city rides but highway rides are awesome. Talking about the milage I am very happy it gives me 20-21 on highway and 15-17 in city. Overall I would say except the safety part i feel its the best in the segment.

1.4 Turbo petrol is the pick if you enjoy driving. It's a bit low on mileage average I get is 13kmpl. If you are driving City then choose diesel version. The refinement of 1.4 turbo petrol is amazing. It's one of the quickest from 0 to 100 can beat the big guys like Harrier, Innova and others. Comfort and features are to notch. 360 camera is like top end cars, very handy in congested places and parking is breeze. People who talk of build quality doesn't question the never rated Hyundai Creta or cheap Maruti cars. This has been crash tested because it's been released in international markets. I am sure Creta if crash tested will give a similar rating. Kia needs to show after sales support to build it's brand value.

Pathetic after-sales service. My car went in for accidental damage claim. Though I was promised a cashless claim in writing, it wasn't approved, idk why. My car has been in the Kia service center for over 3 weeks and yet they do not have the complete parts to fix it. When I call them, they keep on delaying and no listening or proper grievance redressal mechanism is in place at all. Worst experience than any other automobile company ever. Buy from Kia only if you would like to waste your time, effort and get irritated while they sit there and do nothing about it.

This is to bring to your notice that i am in deep trouble with my Car "KIA SELTOS 1.5 D HTK+". Yesterdays "Anxiety" Experience on road during this incident happened. - As usual after office work(around 7 pm) was on the way to my home. - When was speeding at around 50 - 60 KMH, experienced sudden collapse below my Seat. - For some seconds i lost control over the car. But god's grace no other vehicle was in front or back of me. finally could able to manage to take control & parked at one side of the road. - immediately called to Service Manager of JSP KIA(Singsandra) & explained about this incident. He told to bring the car to work shop next day. - Driven slowly & reached safe to home - While driving i experienced heavy noise, something was poking me at back, felt like something has broken. Today's WORST experience at JSP KIA work shop & KIA ASM /RSM - JSP KIA took 24 hours to attend the problem & not bothered to attend this type of Safety critical issue immediately. - Today evening could able manage to take the Safety defect car to JSP KIA Work shop at around 5.15 pm. - They disassembled the Driver seat & inspected.in front of me. - Was shocked to see the Weld breakage (Poor quality Seat) - Service Manager coolly told that spare is not available & it will take 4 days for rectification. I asked him till then what i should do as i was already put on roads by KIA due to their worst Quality Car. - Requested them to at least give me a Loaner car. even that was also denied as they told no such provision is there Car details as mentioned below. - Then i could able to call Mr.Arun Nair of KIA ASM / RSM & explained him about this & he has shared this information to Mr.Raghavendra of KIA ASM / RSM. - As per my discussion with Mr.Raghavendra explained him about my current situation but he was also didn't bother about my bad experience & current situation. he also informed me that this type issues will take time to attend & rectify. This safety issue cannot be attended on immediately. He told me to mange with public transport for some days. - i got pissed off with this type of attitude & i told him that i own this Car to avoid public transport in this COIVD situation to safe guard me & my family. - Finally i could able to travel by Auto & reached home. - Since tomorrow was holiday we all family planned to go out but with this has hampered all our plans - am in deep mental agony with this experience. Am planning to take up this with relevant legal forum & media to provide me justice for this. Since KIA is new to Indian market & i was referring all my known circle to take KIA cars but i was wrong with this worst customer service experience & feeling ashamed to drive Non safety Car.

i am having a horrible experience in the service of this car. i met with an accident on september 20 ,2020 (front right chasis got damaged). i bought the car from tapsi kia in bengaluru and took the car to their service station . today is 7th of december and still my car is not delivered.The reason they put was parts are not available. So its good to have indian cars as they can fix your car if damaged. Now i am confusd whom to blame . kia motors or tapsi service station. #Disappointment

Hi , I bought the Gtx plus 7Dct in Jan 2020. I paid for this car incremental price saying prices have gone up for new modules and later on with same price Kia added some more features to the same Model and launched in market. If Kia is launching or adding feature for existing modules, within year or every other mont or year , I don’t think we can trust this brand ? We paid same amount and why can’t we call back and add the latest features? When i raises this concern with dealer, there was no response. I am losing hopes on this brand and in future don’t want to continue with Kia . I don’t see any well reputed company’s will behave like this in automobile industry . Also when they are claiming the features pertaining to software , it doesn’t work at all. I have raised the complaint on UVO app which is not working from day one , still it’s not rectified and this sucks. I thought this company is better than Hyundai but no changes as Korean brand.

If Kia would have provided 1.5 NA MT for test drive, the sales chart would have shown a different picture. 1.5 NA MT engine is Naturally Aspirated and Limited Inspirational engine as it needs to be driven as per the power band provided by Kia.....i used Swift Vdi for 6 years and have done 143000 KMS, Kia plant is 50 kms drive from my home in AP and this site is well known to me when I was graduating, I was shuttling in a bike from ATP to HUP. Invested close to 16 Lakhs am still wondering,.is this a sentiment of mother land product or did Kia Seltos mesmerized me....Amazing SUV from Kia, but after learning the user experience, if Kia provides Hybrid retrofit kit as a accessory at a price point to intended customers then 1.5 NA MT is justified atleast for a decade or 2...hope Kia listening....Thnx

Problem in AC and speed pickup

Hello Kia India, This is to bring to your notice that I'm very much disappointed with your service. I brought Kia seltos on 28 Feb 2020 and since then I have been facing issue with the car. On 29 Feb car didn't start so had to call road side assistance for jump start. On 2st March car didn't start again had to call road side assistance. On 2nd March car was taken to the service center for diagnosis and didn't receive any kind of acknowledgement nor any issues was identified so the car was handed over on 3rd March. 11th March again car didn't start so had to call road side assistance. I think there's some serious major issue with the car. Request you to identify and correct it or take back the car. I have purchased the car for emergency but it's not serving the purpose.

Worse experience with Kia Motors Goa. Extremely unprofessional in sales perspective n delivery despite of booking on 10th October 2019 the top model didn't get the delivery even after the said time period until 9th January 2020 n hiked the prices. The management isn't ready to compensate from any perspective. Viraj Gawas is not a good sales person along with the head of sales Mandar Padte. If they can't fulfil their commitment on delivery can't expect anything better after delivery services... I canceled the booking. Strictly a big NO to Kia Motors Goa... It's better to buy from the neighbouring states than Goa.

I bought this car 1 month so far i drove 5000 km ..awesome performance good milage i am getting 24.1km per litre in highway..

Seltos is a good car in the segment. Worth the money that one spends to get it. Don't go buy the negative comments. They are either junk or supporters of other brands. Take a test drive and decide what you want. Delay in delivering is understandable. A booking of 15k in a month is too much for a recent entrant to India. If its really bad why people go for so much booking. So its very clear that the comments are not genuine

After spending 16 lacks for HTK+ AT diesel, It was shocking to know there is no Video player and what given is only radio. They given a big screen but you cannot watch viideo

i have sent my car to the service center 12 times in the past 3 months! The problem is that the warning light comes on. To rectify this, the service center does something which is supposed to be a “permanent” solution given by Kia. The solution obviously isn’t as “permanent” as Kia thinks it is, as the light comes on within a week of coming back from service. Kia claims that it is an issue with the fuel. I find it extremely difficult to believe that every Kia diesel car in the country is going to the service center atleast once a week. They will not accept it is a defect and it is extremely frustrating!

They force for extended warranty and accessories. They are giving priority to Mony not customers. There r no waiting no. and current position.

My car has accident with a truck from back side. Now the Ambala cantt showroom(Tepla Haryana) department saying it will take 1.5 month to fix the damage and that is also not sure. Than i called to Gurgaon Faruntier showroom they are saying your insurance is with (THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE company) which is government company. And there service center has not cashless tie up with them. They asked me to pay all amount aprox (80K) and than same i need to claim later-on from the company. So far feeling very bad to buy this car. Customer in local/small cites is very bad. They never treat the customer in good way once they sell the car they never talk in the good way.

Booked Kia htk 2 months ago...they said it will be delivered in a month....after repetitive enquires now they are saying it will take more 20 days and you will receive car in 2 months.... Totally unethical business practise going on ...Kia - bad choice for customers...

I had booked kia seltos in month of sept from JSP Kia Bangalore. I followed up like crazy for the car. Got an update only in Jan that car can be delivered latest by Feb. On top of it unethically asking for price hike even though the booking was 3+ months old and failure was from kia part for not being able to deliver. I would suggest users to buy car from organization that work on ethics.

I have purchased HTE Model petrol in seltos a week back and I can say it's one of the best car in this budget and in this segment I have gone through the reviews of seltos and one thing I could see is there were very less reviews written on this basic HTE 1.5 petrol model and all the reviews are given on bigger top end models of 1.5 petrol HTK, HTK + and Diesel variants and on 1.4 turbo petrol. Well I can tell you one thing that this is the best car in this price and you can't get better car than this. The car body build up and body thickness is really good when compared to other cars available in market among other compitetors and ensure safety in driving one thing that I want to mention is there are no sounds and vibration even when driving this car on top speeds. The suspension is really excellent. Mileage you can expect is 11 in city and 15 on highways however the company claims 16.8 on highways which needs to see after one or 2 services. The car is more than enough for someone who wants to buy in budget of 12lacs.. I have purchased this variant and spent around 70k on car seats, alloys and chrome finishes which is still worth and saving my money rather than buying top variants. Fog lights and roof railing are yet to be placed as Kia motors still dint release these spares to showroom. Coming to engine performance the car shoots up healthy speed and there is a mild lag in catching the speed once you lower the gears and reach to the top gear speed. Kia could have given back disc brakes rather than drum at rear tyres which are missing in HTE petrol which they gave the same in Diesel variants. One thing which is worst is the headlights given in this model. There are no LEDs given and visibility on highways is worst and pathetic but no LED bulbs have yet come to showroom to replace and this is really annoying to drive with very very poor visibility. The boot space is good and rear seats offer low thigh support which should have better. The rear seats doesn't offer head rests which is pathetic in this price. The driver seat height udjustment is there but there is no support for the right elbow which makes difficult in long drives which should have given by Kia. I can say you can still buy this car for it's bold looks, bigger size and being cost effective.

In the name of promotional offer ...they are cheating customers. I have booked the hte diesal model in October mid... In December sales person says manufacturing is closed in December and new cars will be delivered in new rates in January....I said wtf...on one side you are having overbookings and on the other side you hav closed manufacturing....purely price manipulations and cheating customers going on by Kia....why the hell did you introduce introductory offer...booking after introductory offer are still not delivered and you are will now deliever at new price....don't try to fool customer...very bad kia....cancelling my booking and looking for alternative

Good mileage as compared to other SUVs.

I have booked kia seltos by Nov 18 2019. Through Showroom is capital kia, before booking sales guy Shiva told new model rates will increase book now only, within one month we will deliver like that he convinced and taken booking amount. After booking capital kia people not picking call also. Now They are are saying ur vehicle price is increased 1lack on road price. Don't go kia that too in Capital kia perungudi. Dont trust capital kia. Worst response from customer service.

i have purchased GT line petrol model....no doubt features are awesome...but after 2 months and 6280 km ...i can feel noise from engine.....also mileage is 9.5km /l in city.....after sales service is also not too good....very bad kia...i will never purchase kia again

i had booked kia seltos htk petrol model on november 15 ...they told it will be delievered in 1 month...but cant gurantee... when i called after 1 month they said price are going to increase in january and company has stopped manufacturing in december 2019....so vehicle will be delievered in january after new price launch..... i am cancelling my booking.... very bad customer support from kia dealers.....i will make sure i will not recommend any one to try kia....

I received the car on 5th September from JSP KIA (singasandra) after series of following up and putting up with their excuses. After driving 500 km the car broke down in the middle of the road..being new in India they do not have great road side assistance and we struggled that night. from the time the car was towed till today not a single person called to apologise, I wrote to every email possible. We had to take the car back today, however as a customer I dont feel acknowledged also for the way we were treated today its horrible.. We paid through our nose and after one month car breaking down is unacceptable..we have all the images etc..highly irresponsible behaviour from KIA.

Booked two models around 8 weeks back. No update on booking yet either by Company or by Dealers. Dealer's don't even pick up phone when following up. Tried cancelling my orders. The system gives you a message saying Cancellation accepted, but even after many days no refund and the system still shows the booking. Exasperated!!! Plus performance reviews are also not that great

Gt line diesel AT.it's very nice car. But kia top end model also spare wheel is not alloy wheel. it is not good for kia motors consider to change top end model this is not for huge amount .you shoud change alloy wheel all gt model

I booked HTX for my marriage purpose and already paid advance amount before more than 2.5 months.on that time they assured me to give the car on the right time.But they cheated on me at the last minute... I have got very bad experience from the showroom staffs..

We booked the vehicle on 26-Oct-2019 but still not delivered. When I checked with executive he says not even single vehicle is delivered as of today for this model. Did Kia stopped manufacturing the vehicle? And now iam surprise to see new module coming up. Kia First please deliver seltos properly as promised.

Hi Everyone! I bought Kia Seltos [HTK PLUS, Petrol} on 11th October. Since then, the ride has been a joy ride for me and for my family members. Recently , i went to a nearby town and unbelievably, my Seltos delievered me a mileage of 23.6. Undoubtedly, KIA SELTOS has become the hearthrob of every Indian planning to buy an SUV for himself.HIP HIP HURAAY TO KIA manufacturers. GREAT GOING. KEEP IT UP!

Very bad experience with kia seltose staring trubble happens from purchase day to still today .No good software installed in kia seltose.No good service in service station .Already I have given add in olx .So, please don't purchase this car.????????????

I have bought seltos. I experienced a nice in car and I informed to Kia motors ludhiana. But they have no interest in my problem. So they can not have a any solution for my car. So please don't buy Kia seltos. It's a big mistake for me

I booked Kia seltos on Sep 7 with a delivery commitment before Diwali. I never got any response from the dealer. After a rigorous followup manager told your car will be delivered in Dec. What!!! Why they are booking orders if they are not able to deliver. Finally I ended up cancelling the booking thinking if customer service is like this before sales how would it be after sales. Highly disappointed.

Kia has debuted in indian car market by launching a great car ...seltos though based upon Hyundai creta..yet many steps ahead of tech comfort styling ride and handling.... Though I think mileage could be a negative .. but who cares. ..it's a great car...

Worst customer service and late delivery Late delivery and misbehaved. When we asked them for the cause of late delivery. They denied to reply and said when we have said that we will deliver on time. It is still not delivered. We have booked the car in September. And they are not even providing the details that when ot will be delivered. So rude staff. Before delivery their service is useless. How it can give proper customer service after delivery

Brought kia selos HTX + in October done 10,000 but from last 2000kms showing check engine malfunction indicator lamp & also facing various problems like tyre noise,audio steering wheel controls not working properly , window glass damaged informed company but problems not solved.

Hi, I bought top model a week ago, due to poor Tyre quality. I am changing new tyre now. I spent 20L for car, don't we give good branded quality tyres like MRF/michelin tyres. By default its Good Year tyre, its worst quality, in warrenty also they are not climing. Very bad experince on buying Kia Seltos.

No parts available in bavdhn service center . Since 5 days my car is in service center for repair and no parts available what so ever. Kia should work on it first before selling this beautiful cat.

I am using the car since October 2019,at the driven milage of 2033 kms,there is symbol of service related, yellow in colour, displayed on my car screen, immediately my car engine was became slow.(car speed got reduceed) and iam unable to go speed more than 20kms also.as i wish to go speed failed to drive..two times happened in two days.if it so like that..if iam going in hill stations,it may accidents...i think its engine manufacturing defects..after week days again happened same manner..at my vehicle milage was 2900 kms...

An SUV with 1.5l engine is not a SUV. OK for India, most people never understand performance, stability, sturdiness, safety, 4WD etc. So until people are less aware of cars these kind of korean toys will be a hot cake.

A very big fault in this car is if the owner has the key of the car alongside of this car anyone can open the back box ( DICKY) without the knowledge of car owner and can take away his belongings

Bought manual top model... But UVO remote car controlling features missing except door lock unlock and purifier on off ..which are useless. Decided to uninstall UVO. Very disappointed ????????

We have booked htx ivt petrol by giving a booking amount ..After receiving money the salesman Mr Hatakishore from central kia bhubaneshwar is not receiving our call ... Hr said that our vehicle will be delivered on 25 oct 2019 but now he is denying and not answering my call.. No call for proper delivery date... Is customer is facing problem while purchasing than what support will this mew brand will give later

Superb performance all round finished 2300km excellent in everything

I brought seltos htx one week back.This is my 6 th car following innova crysta,xuv500,duster,Honda city and dzire.I can safely say that this is best overall car in this price range at present. Seltos is near perfect vehicle by many angles. It's design is fantastic,looks are fantastic,features are fantastic, refinement is excellent,NVH levels are superb,ride quality is superb and easily comparable to my innova crysta,diesel manual mileage is excellent,seat comfort is superb. Back seat of this vehicle occupies 3 people comfortably.Boot space has enough space for luggage of five people for a short trip. I drove this vehicle on really ugly Bhokar-Nanded road of maharashtra(bad is very mild word for this road at present,i think) ,and I can assure you that ,this vehicle has one of the best ride quality which can be easily comparable to my innova crysta in terms of ride quality. Seltos is breeze to drive.I drove petrol GT line also for short distance,and it is also a great varrient to own.You can go for either varrients as per your needs and choice.Both varrients are great. Diesel is giving me 17 kmpl overall at present for 60% highway and 40% city drive with AC 100% on. I hope,Mileage will definitely increase after second service(oil change) to 19 Kmpl overall. Smart air purifier with perfume diffuser is a added advantage. AC is powerful and works fantastically. In my opinion,At present,there is no competitor for seltos,when it comes to overall package. So friends,who are in two minds,JUST GO FOR THIS VEHICLE BLINDLY.YOU CAN PURCHASE ANY VARRIENT DEPENDING UPON YOUR NEEDS,AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT,MOST OF YOU WILL BE VERY PLEASED TO OWN THIS VEHICLE.

It been a month now and feel extremely satisfied with the performance of the car. Best features I liked is the ventilated seats and 360° camera. Was concerned about fuel economy as I had heard bad reviews on DCT AT. I am getting 10 km / lt in Mumbai traffic which is better than my VW POLO which is also a DCT engine. On a long drive it has given 13 km . Regarding sales you can get a better deal for your insurance . Would have preferred a dual tone car to the sunroof. Company was charging 65000 for insurance whereas policy was available for 35000 on net. Assesories and extended warranty was added without my consent .

I bought new kia top end petrol automatic little disappointed with hill hold as it is not holding in slopes vehicle tends to move where’s my polo gt stays there.other vehicle which Iam using.not suitable for rough roads u will feel the bumps, Mileage good 12 in city condition Mild lag while driving good 360 degree camera 400kms driven in city traffic till now

It's a superb compact suv . Seltos has pretty good engine performance and also stability. The interior and exterior design and quality is up to the mark. Speaking of comfort its okay but upto the Mark. I would suggest this car as its overall really good and worthy.

I booked this automatic GT petrol after test drive of manually petrol not satisfied for comfort & driving experience is very poor today launch of rate is very highly competitive like other best options like MG Tata harrier .today I cancelled my booking of Kia seltos .

I have purchased Kia seltos GTX+ DCT in the month of October from Pune dealer. I has been around three weeks. But since the very first day, i notice a very annoying sound coming from rear of the vehicle. i have tried all possible things like removing all lose attachments and items from the car. But the annoying sound still persists. This sound comes when the vehicle passed over uneven road. i tried to identify the issue and i feel i have been able to locate the source. i request Kia to help me resolve this as this is really spoiling the driving experience and feel that this can be resolved with proper technical support.

Its a Premium Mid SUV. Value for money is excellent. Features ,comfort,Space is excellent
