What's New on Mahindra KUV100 NXT?
The Mahindra KUV100 NXT facelift launched sometime earlier in the Indian market at a really competitive price. The upgraded micro or compact SUV still comes with its four variants, namely K2, K4, K6 and K8 and the top-end model offers seating capacity for 8 people while the others offer a 6-seater layout. It is technically a large-sized hatchback although Mahindra & Mahindra is positioning the car as a compact SUV. The car continues to be a rival to the Maruti Suzuki Ignis which is another compact crossover along with the likes of premium hatchbacks like the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Maruti Suzuki Swift among others. The KUV100 NXT comes with a good mix of comfort and convenience features along with getting decent safety kit as well. M&M has facelifted its smallest offering, the KUV 100 and given it as many as 40 changes overall. The KUV 100 NXT is an improvement on the car for sure. But it is still far from being the segment best. It's quirky and does attract with its SUV appeal. Mahindra should see some renewed success with the facelifted car - though should start to think about better connectivity interfaces like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto.
