10 Rarest Lamborghini Models Ever Made

- Lamborghini manufactures some of the world's most intimidating supercars
- The Aventador series has been the classic trademark of the company
- The rarest cars are frequently only legal to race on a racetrack
Lamborghini models have ruled the dreams of car enthusiasts since they came onto the market. Few companies can rival this Italian brand. Let's take a look at the rarest of the cars that don the raging bull logo.
Aventador J
Only one model of this car was ever made, the Jota P400. Unfortunately, the Jota P400 got caught in an accident and burned to a crisp. From its ashes rose the phoenix, the Aventador J, a windowless convertible with a 6.5 V12 engine, sold to a private buyer.

Centenario
To celebrate Ferruccio Lamborghini's 100th birthday, the company launched 40 models of the Centenario—20 as coupes and 20 as convertibles. The 6.5-litre V12 engine had a power output of 759 hp and featured some advanced aerodynamic equipment.

Veneno
The Lamborghini Veneno was the most popular and wild Lamborghini ever known. It is more of a fighter jet than a car, inspired by an Italian naval aircraft. According to fans, the price of $8 million is justified. Only 9 convertibles and 3 coupes were made.

Sesto Elemento
Sesto Elemento, or "The Sixth Element," gets its name because of the carbon fibre used to make it. The body, chassis, suspension, and driveshaft of this superfast car are all made of carbon. Only 20 models of it have been made, and none are street-legal.

Miura SV/J
The track version of the Lamborghini Miura SV was known as the Miura SV/J. J stands for Jota, meaning lightweight. It was a one-off model, driven by Alfredo Belpone, but when more Lamborghini enthusiasts demanded these, six more were converted to SV/J.

Gallardo Squadro Corse
Only 50 street-legal models of this race car were developed. It boasted a 5.2-litre V10 engine that had the power of 562 hp. When more car fanatics asked, it forced the Lamborghini creators to make a road-legal version of it.

Aventador LP720-4 50 Anniversario
When Lamborghini completed its 50th year, it decided to create the wildest beast the world had ever seen. Only 100 units were built in a unique shade of yellow called "Giallo Maggio." The main features include a humongous splitter, flaps, and big air intakes.

Countach LP400 “Periscopio”
This model created the supercars that every kid's dreamt of with only 150 units. It is considered to be one of the worst cars made by Lamborghini due to its lack of rear visibility. The R & D department created a periscopic rearview which worked via a tunnel to the roof. Hence, the name "periscopio".

Sian FKP37
This is one of the rarest Lamborghini models ever built. Only 63 coupe models and 19 roadsters were made for this limited edition and boast excellent technology and styling. This raging bull model also topped out at $3.6 million when it was launched.

Jalpa
At $60,000, the Lamborghini Jalpa was one of the world's cheapest well-built cars.It has a production unit of 410 and a 3485 cc V8 engine, producing 255 hp. It's a shame that this "affordable" model has been discontinued.
