MG Motor India has come out with the first promotional video, teasing its upcoming electric vehicle, the MG ZS EV, earlier known as the eZS. Set to become the company's second product in India after the Hector, the new MG ZS EV will also be the company first fully electric SUV for the Indian market.

MG Motor India had earlier said that it is planning to launch electric vehicle in India in Q3 or early Q4 of FY2020.

Germany now has just 20,000 public charging points. Stephan Weil, the prime minister in Lower Saxony, where Volkswagen is based, said he wanted to see commitments for 100,000 public charging points in place by 2021.
