In the last three months of 2018 there have been a series of reduction in retail prices of petrol and diesel. However, prices have been marginally increased right at the start of 2019 after being at their respective lowest on December 31, 2018. The retail price of diesel in the capital has been increased by 8 Paise to Rs. 62.24 from Rs. 62.16 and the retail price of petrol went up by 20 Paise to Rs. 68.50 from Rs. 68.30.
The new-gen 2020 Mercedes-Benz CLA has been teased ahead of its official debut at the 2019 Consumer Electronic Show (CES), on January 8. The teaser gives us a glimpse of the CLA Edition trim, which is said to be a special, fully-loaded version of the second-generation model.

Four years ago, Daimler AG dazzled with a self-driving luxury lounge in Las Vegas with a concept vehicle boasting a sleek interior that promised to pamper its well-heeled passengers into the automotive future. This year the Mercedes-Benz maker is back at the annual Consumer Electronics Show, though with a more utilitarian slant: a bubble-like autonomous shuttle designed to reliably ferry people and goods around town at limited speeds. The move from glittery luxury concepts to box-shaped people movers underscores a shift in the race toward autonomous vehicles. While driverless cars might not populate public roads for some time, shuttle services in confined areas have started to look more feasible, at least over the next few years.
Mercedes-Benz's is not aiming to be the first manufacturer to develop a self-driving car but it wants to be among the first two players able to scale up the technology, Mercedes-Benz executive Christoph Schroeder told German paper Welt am Sonntag. Carmakers and tech companies like Uber Google, General Motors, Volkswagenare vying to roll out robotaxi services for paying customers as a way to enter the ride-hailing business.
2018 hasn't been a cakewalk for Tesla and the Electric carmaker has had its share of challenges in the previous year. A new set of spy shots of the next-generation Land Rover Discovery Sport have surfaced online which shows the test mule wearing heavy camouflage. The new Land Rover Discovery Sport is likely to get a major update and will get some of the new equipment which we have seen in the new age Land Rovers. While the camouflage has hidden major design elements of the new model, we can still make out some of the changes made to its face.
