Pros Cons of TVS Jupiter

Pros

  • 33 litres of boot space
  • Front-mounted fuel filler cap
  • The iGo Assist mild-hybrid system
  • The seat is long, flat, and comfortable
  • The suspension absorbs bad city roads effortlessly

Cons

  • Panel gaps around the digital instrument cluster
  • No hybrid tech and digital features on the base variants

Verdict

TVS took a clear risk by changing the winning formula of the Jupiter, but the gamble paid off. By giving it a highly practical 33-litre boot and a front fuel filler, TVS has made running daily errands much more convenient now. Also, the new 113.3 cc engine with the hybrid assist fixes the sluggish feeling old 110 cc scooters used to have when pulling away from traffic lights. While the fit and finish could be tightened up in a few spots, the comfortable ride quality and loaded tech sheet make the TVS Jupiter one of the smartest family-oriented purchases right now.

Preetam summarises,

“If better performance, superior dynamics, more storage and smarter features are what you’re looking for, then it’s difficult to look beyond the TVS Jupiter 110.”
