Hero MotoCorp is gearing up to the start the new year with a high and is all set to launch some new and updated motorcycles for 2018. The Indian two-wheeler giant will be introducing three new bikes later in the day from its commuter range. The offerings are set to get updated styling, while a few models will also witness extensive changes including a new powertrain. Ducati has an illustrious list of celebrities turning into fans in India and globally, and bringing one home is Indian choreographer and film director Remo D'souza. The ace choreographer has recently purchased the Ducati SuperSport S, adding the versatile Italian offering to his garage. In the Star White shade, the Ducati SuperSport S is the premium version of the motorcycle and is by the most comfortable full faired motorcycle to come from the Italian bike maker.

While we like our cars and motorcycles the way they are, they might not necessarily use the same powertrain in the future. Well, a glimpse of the same was recently seen in Bangkok, Thailand where someone swapped the single-cylinder internal combustion engine on a Royal Enfield Classic 500 for an electric motor. The Classic 500 Electric was put up on display at a local RE dealership and gives a glimpse of what an old-school motorcycle of the future will look like.

The Bajaj Dominar has won the Premium Motorcycle of the Year 2018 at the NDTV Carandbike Awards this year. The bike is Bajaj Auto's flagship motorcycle and its most powerful one yet.
