Mildly Refreshed Hero Super Splendor Launched

The home-grown two-wheeler giant, Hero MotoCorp has launched the mildly refreshed Super Splendor in India at Rs 51,250 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Other than new body graphics, standard black alloy wheels and side stand warning indicator, there's nothing new in the so-called updated motorcycle. The company is now offering the bike with new colour options - red, black, grey and blue.
Mechanically as well, the refreshed Hero Super Splendor stays unchanged. It continues to drive power from a four-stroke, single cylinder, air-cooled 124.7cc engine, capable of churning out a maximum power output of 9bhp, while yielding 10.3Nm of peak torque.
The company has also discontinued the disc brake version of the Super Splendor due to low demand. The bike is available with 130mm of drum brakes both at the front and rear wheel.
