Quite the awaited offering from the Swedish carmaker, Volvo India has launched the all-new S90 sedan in the country, priced at Rs. 53.5 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The automaker flagship sedan in India competes with the likes of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Audi A6, BMW 5 Series and Jaguar XF, and while Volvo has been late to the party, the S90 we drove recently turns out to be a promising product that now comes with a competitive pricing.
The Rapid now gets a refreshed front end, with the new familial Skoda grille, new bumpers and new headlamps as well. Also, the car might get LED lamps, newly designed alloys and chrome to give it a premium look. There are updates to the interior as well. A 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with MirrorLink, reverse-parking camera will be offered on the top-end variants.
The youngest off-roader from the German carmaker, Mercedes-Benz India has launched the GLA Activity Edition with all-wheel drive function in the country priced at Rs. 38.51 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Mercedes-Benz GLA 220 4MATIC brings the automaker's off-roading tech to its smallest SUV and is the 9th product launch of the year.
