Renault India Launches My Renault App

- The 'My Renault' app will offer over 60 features
- Renault is also offering an e-commerce facility integrated into the app
- The app will be offered on iOS and Android platforms
The last couple of months have seen various automobile manufacturers launch their own mobile app having many features and making its case for better car ownership experience. The latest auto manufacturer to hop on to this bandwagon is Renault India. The company has launched the 'My Renault' app on iOS and Android platforms. The My Renault app is available for all Renault customers and is the first app from an Indian auto manufacturer which also supports E-commerce. The app offers over 60 features to customers and according to the company is user-friendly and intuitive and also has a platform for personalised communication.

This includes our product strategy, rapid network expansion and innovative and clutter-breaking initiatives, which are all aimed at ensuring customer delight. In line with the increasing popularity of digital platforms among Indian consumers, we are delighted to launch the 'MY Renault app', offering a seamless and convenient ownership experience to our customers. The app will supplement existing product specific apps and will be offered at no cost to all existing Renault customers."
(Renault has launched the 'My Renault' App)The app will offer features such as history of service, reminders and notifications, online service appointments, interactive user manuals for vehicles, access to Renault dealerships and customer care and facilities of a digital vault for storing documents along with e-payment options as well. The app's e-commerce facility will let Renault customers to explore personalisation options for their cars and get exclusive offers too. Some other features that the app offers are road-side assistance, customer care and so on and so forth.
