The Kia Carnival is a Toyota Innova Crysta rival and we already told you that the model is slated to make its way to the Indian market next year. Now, Kia India has confirmed that production of the upcoming MPV will begin by early 2020 at the Anantapur facility in Andhra Pradesh. The plant built with an investment of $1.1 billion is now fully operational and already produces the Seltos for domestic and export markets.
