TVS Star City+ Launching on May 5th

TVS Motor Company will launch the Star City+ on May 5th, 2014. This is the updated version of the company's 110cc motorcycle, Star City. The bike made its debut at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo in February.
Features that the updated motorcycle receives include a digital speedometer with econometer, better controls and switches, high-intensity headlamp, more comfortable seats (improved cushioning) and aluminium grab rail. Though, the overall design of the bike remains intact, except for the body graphics. The company will offer alloy wheels as a standard feature on the Star City+.
Mechanically, the bike remains unchanged powering the same 109.7cc single cylinder air-cooled engine, capable of producing 8.18bhp and 8.1Nm of torque. Though, the company has worked to improve its ride quality. With a claimed mileage of 83.9kmpl, the Star City+ will return the best-in-class fuel efficiency.
