GoZero Mobility Announces Road Side Assistance Program For Its E-Bikes

- GoZero Mobility announces roadside assistance for its customers
- The RSA service can be bought online as well
- Prices for the RSA service yet to be announced
GoZero Mobility, a British electric bicycle and active wear manufacturer, has announced a road side assistance program (RSA) for its customers in India. This comes on the back of an announcement of investing GBP 17 million in India and UK for expanding its footprint and creating more jobs. The road side assistance program will be powered by 'Global Assure' and it will support the customers in case of a breakdown, towing services, medical assistance, message relay to friends and families, hotel accommodation assistance and emergency battery swapping facility as well.

Commenting on the announcement, Ankit Kumar, CEO, GoZero Mobility said, "Owing to the pandemic there is a huge shift in the mindset of people towards healthy lifestyle and fitness which is fuelling the demand for electric bicycles aka eBikes and we have seen the sales of our eBikes surge in the month of May. On this day, while we celebrate the World Bicycle Day, we are releasing the Roadside Assistance Programme for all our eBike consumers in an endeavour to make cycling/eBiking more safe & secure throughout India."

Furthermore, the owners of GoZero eBikes will have access to insurance benefits such as 24x7 phone support, doctor consultation (twice in a year), locating nearest police station, ambulance referral, eBike theft insurance, eBike damage insurance from fire, permanent disability/accidental death insurance of up to Rs. 2 lakh. GoZero customers can purchase the roadside assistance service from the company's website or via GoZero retail outlets.
