MINI reveals the Countryman facelift

MINI has officially unveiled the 2015 Countryman ahead of its debut at the New York Auto show. The new Countryman sees styling changes that include a revised grille, LED day time running lights and restyled alloy wheels.

    MINI has officially unveiled the 2015 Countryman ahead of its debut at the New York Auto show. The new Countryman sees styling changes that include a revised grille, LED day time running lights and restyled alloy wheels.

    LED fog lights also make their way on the car. The new Countryman also receives underbody guards on all-wheel drive variants. There are also customization options available and three new exterior colors: Jungle Green metallic, Midnight Grey metallic and Starlight Blue metallic.

    There are modifications which continue in the cabin and it gets a revised instrumentation and chromed switchgear. An additional sound deadening material and the latest MINI Connected infotainment system also make their way into the car.

    There are no changes to the engine but the Countryman S gets an upgraded 190bhp and 240Nm torque churning 1.6-litre turbo engine.
