Skoda says the word Scala has been derived from the Latin word 'scala', which means 'stairs' or 'ladder.' The name signifies the next step forward for the Czech automaker in the compact segment. As the teaser suggests, the Scala lettering will be positioned in the middle of the tailgate instead of the logo, a first for the auto manufacturer.

Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 and GLC Coupe Spied
Both the models were seen wearing little camouflage which hinted the areas of design changes. The Panamericana grille has made its way on the GLC 63 too, looking similar in nearly dimension to the one seen on the Mercedes-AMGG63.The front bumper and overhang arehidden under the camouflage while the headlamps were just mannerly fringed, suggesting a subtle change in the layout.
