The much-awaited 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class finally entered in India today. Priced at Rs 40.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the new C-Class has been launched in only petrol model, the diesel model of the saloon will be rolled out in early 2015.

BMW, the German automaker, today launched its most successful high-performance sedan - the new M5 - in India. Since it has come as a CBU (Completely Built-Up Unit), it is priced at Rs. 1,35,4000 (all India ex-showroom).

Called the A4 'Premium Sport' edition, the new variant is slotted between the A4 Technology Pack and A4 Premium trims and costs Rs. 38 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It will, obviously, be sold in limited numbers.

Mitsubishi Motors, today, rolled out the automatic variant of the new Pajero Sport in India. Available in only 4x2 option, the Pajero AT is priced at Rs 23.55 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 4x4 manual variant is now priced at Rs 23.80 lakh, costlier by Rs 30,000 than before.

Rolls-Royce has launched the Ghost Series II starting at Rs 4.5 crore (ex-showroom pan India). The car was first seen at the Geneva Motorshow and now has made its way into India. For Rolls-Royce, India is an extremely important market, not as important or big as China though, but still.

First launched in the year 2010, Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 finally received an update in the country today. Available in a total of six variants - LX, LXi, VXi, VXi (O), VXi (AMT) and LXi (CNG), the new Alto K10 is priced in the range of Rs 3.06 lakh - Rs 3.81 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
