Tata Nexon becomes India’s top-selling car in September 2025. To mark the occasion, Tata has added ADAS in the line-up and launched the new Red Dark Edition across petrol, diesel, and CNG variants, starting at Rs 12.44 lakh.

Tata has also added a new DARK edition trim to the Nexon EV, alongside the existing RED DARK edition.

Until recently, the Tata Nexon EV's Bharat NCAP rating was only applicable to variants with the 30 kWh and 40.5 kWh battery packs.

The launch of the Nexon EV 45 had raised questions on how the Nexon EV’s line-up would shape up going forward with the new variant offering a minimal price difference over the Nexon EV LR.

Updates to the variant line-up include the addition of new Pure + & Pure + S trims and offering the Creative + PS trim with petrol and diesel engine options.
