Volvo Auto India has finally pulled the plug two of its oldest models in the domestic line-up. Volvo made the S60 Polestar Engineered available on the Care by Volvo app.

Volvo announced that the S60 T8 Polestar Engineered version will be limited to only 20 units for the US market with price ranging from $54,400 (Rs. 37.50 lakh)- $55,400 (38.18 lakh) for the R-Design and Inscription trims respectively.

S60 Polestar will be added to the existing Volvo S60 model range in India that includes the standard sedan and Cross Country models. As far as competition goes, the Volvo S60 Polestar will take on the likes of the Mercedes-AMG C43.
While India has been eluded from the Polestar cars for a long time now, the Swedish automaker will be debuting its performance brand in the country very soon with the launch of the Volvo S60 Polestar on 14th April 2017.

Kickstarting its series of launches for 2016, Volvo India has officially launched the S60 Cross Country sedan in the country priced at Rs. 38.9 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai; without octroi).

The 2016 Volvo S60 Cross Country which broke cover at the Geneva Motor Show has been confirmed to arrive on Indian shores on March 11, 2016. Upon its launch, the S60 Cross Country will become the first new car launched by the Swedish carmaker this year.
