Production cars making their way in to the virtual world? Commonplace. A video game inspiring a real vehicle? Not so much. Ubisoft, creator of several famous games including Assassin's Creed, got together with English inventor Colin Furze to make a 100bhp weaponised autorickshaw (read: tuk tuk) to celebrate the release of the 4th edition of Far Cry.

This one-of-a-kind tuk tuk will be used by the game's hero, Ajay Ghale, to fight the Royal Army of Pagan Min. The original Bajaj tuk tuk usually puts out about 9 or 10bhp, but this primitive version employs the services of the Honda CBR 600's engine that develops 100 horses.

As far as the 'weaponised' part of the autorickshaw is concerned, it gets Uzis (Israeli submachine guns), AK47s and flamethrowers. Long story short, this beast promises not only wheelies, drifting, and burnouts, but sweeping carnage. I think if we were to have a desi version of any James Bond movie, this would have made for an ideal ride for the secret service agent.
