Jawa Motorcycles Sold Out Till September 2019
Classic Legends, a subsidiary of Mahindra re-launched Jawa Motorcycles last month with two products and the manufacturer is off to a flying start with an overwhelming number of bookings. The company has announced that its motorcycles are now sold out till September 2019 thanks to a massive number of bookings received online. Without disclosing the booking numbers received, Jawa did confirm that deliveries for the Jawa and Jawa 42 will commence by March next year while all 105 dealerships will be operational by February 15, 2019. As a result of the overwhelming response, Jawa Motorcycles will close online bookings on December 25, 2018, effective midnight. Bookings at the dealerships though will continue.

The Bajaj V15 was launched in 2016 amidst much fanfare and the 150 cc motorcycle has now received its first major update since launch. The 2019 Bajaj V15 has started arriving at showrooms across the country priced at Rs. 67,187 (ex-showroom, Mumbai) and the bike is now available with several features including an update in power output. The updated V15 is also being badged as 'Power Up' owing to the hike in its brake horsepower. The bike also sports new graphics and a revised gear shift pattern as part of the changes.

Classic Legends has officially announced the introduction of the dual-channel ABS variants from the Jawa and Jawa Forty Two bikes in India. Dual-channel ABS, with the rear disc brake setup, will be made available on both the motorcycles after June 2019, which will be offered at an additional price of Rs. 8,942.

KTM 790 Duke Bookings Open At Dealerships In India

KTM dealerships across the country have commenced accepting bookings for the 790 Duke street-fighter. The KTM 790 Duke can be booked at a token amount of Rs. 30,000 at select outlets while deliveries have been promised in the first half of 2019. KTM India though is officially yet to announce the bookings or launch details of what will be its new flagship motorcycle in the country. The KTM line-up has been stagnant for a while now with the only big update being the 2017 Dukes and RCs being launched and more recently the KTM 125 Duke going on sale. The new 790 will add some fire to the Austrian stable in India, and also a worthy offering for those looking to upgrade within the orange family.
