Mark Fields replaces Alan Mullay as Ford Global CEO

Ford Motor Co. has finally announced to promote Mark Fields to chief executive officer from his current position as chief operating officer. Mark will run the company from July 1 as current CEO Alan Mullaly is retiring this summer.
