Rolls-Royce is gearing up to launch the Black Badge derivative of its all-electric Spectre in India tomorrow, June 21, 2025. With a range of 493 km to 530 km on a full charge, it retains the standard model’s 102 kWh battery but benefits from an increased output of 650 bhp and 1,075 Nm of torque. It also features an "Infinity Mode" on the steering wheel, which enables all the power on tap. 0 to 100 kmph is claimed to be achieved in 4.1 seconds.
For maximum performance, the Spectre Black Badge also offers a “Spirited Mode.” This function is engaged by simultaneously pressing the brake and accelerator while stationary. Rolls-Royce states that the chassis, steering, and roll stabilisation systems have been recalibrated to accommodate the increased power output.

Visually, the Black Badge Spectre debuted with a Vapour Violet paint job and 23-inch forged aluminium wheels. A staple characteristic of Black Badge models, the exterior trim, including the Spirit of Ecstasy ornament, grille surround, window frames, and door handles, receives a darker finish. The model is globally offered with 44,000 bespoke colour options.
Coming to the interior, the cabin features a mix of carbon fiber, metal, and subtle wood accents. The dashboard gets a starlight headliner-inspired display of over 5,500 illuminated stars, along with a glowing infinity symbol. All trim elements are finished with six coats of lacquer and are hand-polished. Digital instrument clusters can be customised with five different themes to suit individual preferences.
In India, the standard Spectre was launched at a base price of Rs 7.50 crore (excluding optional extras). The Black Badge variant is expected to carry a significant premium over it.
