Stunt Driver Laps The Nurburgring In A MINI On Two Wheels
We told you about the record set for going fastest on two wheels and now a stunt driver from China has set a new one and this time it involves a MINI and the Nurburgring. Multiple record holder Han Yue drove a full 20.81 kilometre lap of the Nordschleife and set a new world record for the longest distance driven in a car on its side wheels.
Limited edition MINI Cooper S DeLux to be showcased at the New York Motorshow
MINI has announced that it will unveil a limited-edition version of the Cooper Hardtop called DeLux at next week's New York Motor Show. Designed by Virginia Commonwealth University sophomore Alex Coyle, the DeLux is the winner of the Final Test Drive contest that kicked off online a few weeks ago.

➡️Bajaj Auto has dropped the teaser for the all-new Pulsar 250 range ahead of the launch scheduled on October 28, 2021.
➡️The motorcycle in the teaser video appears as an evolutionary upgrade over the Pulsar 220F and there are quite a few elements that we can look forward to when the model arrives later this month.
➡️Vazirani Automotive which is the brainchild of former Rolls Royce and Jaguar engineer Chunky Vazirani has shown off what he calls India's fastest and lightest electric car called the Ekonk.
➡️It features a full carbon fiber body which helps further reduce the weight and has an output of 712 bhp and can do a top speed of 309 kph.
➡️The Ekonk was recently tested at the Naxtrax high-speed facility near Indore where it achieved this speed and was able to accelerate from 0-100 in just 2.54 seconds.
➡️MINI India has dropped the teaser for the Cooper SE on its social media, the brand's first fully electric car that will arrive in the country soon.
➡️The all-electric MINI Cooper SE was first introduced globally in 2019. It will technically be the first fully electric model to go on sale in the BMW India Group.

➡️The Cooper S hatch and convertible or cabriolet are updated for 2021. This third generation car has been around since 2013, and already received its facelift in 2018.
➡️The MINI Cooper range in India is all petrol now. The 2.0 turbocharged engine on the S models has been slightly updated for 2021, but it's essentially the same engine. What's great about it is that it still delivers on performance and sounds fantastic.
➡️The standard gearbox on the India spec cars is the 7-Speed dual clutch (DCT) Steptronic. You can pay more for the optional 7-Speed DCT Sport Steptronic. The hatch will go 0-100 kmph in 6.7 seconds flat, while the convertible takes 7.1 seconds.
➡️MINI does offer the JCW or John Cooper Works version though, and the Countryman of course.
➡️Prices start at ₹ 38 lakh for the hatch and ₹ 44 lakh for the convertible – but you'll always add some optional extras on a MINI! The Cooper S remains attractive, and yet its appeal remains niche.
