The SQ8 e-tron has a three-motor drivetrain, with one motor at the front axle and two at the rear. This setup delivers 502 bhp and 973 Nm of torque in boost mode, 95 bhp and 309 Nm of torque more than the standard Q8 e-tron. With such power, the SQ8 e-tron can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds.

One of the key features of the three-motor setup is intelligent torque vectoring, which enhances turn-in and cornering capabilities. Each of the two rear motors can distribute drive torque to either wheel independently, responding in mere milliseconds.
The interior of the SQ8 e-tron features with its silver rocker-panel accents and aluminium-look exterior mirror housings. Flared fenders widen the body by 1.5 inches. The interior features 12-way adjustable power S-logo embossed front sport seats wrapped in Valcona leather with contrast diamond stitching that has colour options of Black, Rotor Gray, and Arras Red. Carbon square structure interior trim finish comes as standard, elevating the sporty ambiance. The model is also available with 22-inch 5-arm-interference design wheels in titanium finish and the standard 20-inch 5-V-spoke design wheels.
The SQ8 e-tron incorporates the Audi MMI touch response operating system with two large high-resolution displays, a 10.1 inch upper display and an 8.6 inch lower display with haptic touch technology. For entertainment, a Bang & Olufsen sound system with 3D sound is standard. It also features the four-zone automatic climate control with a heat pump and comfort pre-conditioning.

The 2023 SQ8 e-tron range upto 407 kms with the 20-inch wheel and 350 kms with 22-inch wheels
SQ8 e-tron contributes to achieving a 30 per cent electrified model portfolio globally by 2025, including fully electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. From 2026, all new Audi models introduced worldwide are planned to be fully electric.
The 2024 Audi SQ8 e-tron is expected to be available in U.S. showrooms by the fourth quarter of 2023, with an MSRP starting at $89,800 (Rs. 75.7 lakh), whereas the 2024 Audi SQ8 Sportback e-tron comes with MSRP of $92,600 (Rs. 78.1 lakh).
